What is stated in the regulations is intended for women and men alike, even though part of it is worded in the masculine language.
Booking accommodation through this website means that the customer declares that he has read these regulations and that he agrees to all its instructions and conditions and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or demand and/or suit directly and/or indirectly against the website and/or against the hotel and/or against anyone on their behalf, including in matters related to the reservation of the service and delivery of information details and including in matters related to the execution of the reservation.
Reservations
Reservations on the website will be accepted by credit card only.
Illegal use of the website or the information contained therein violates copyright or other related laws.
Everyone booking accommodation will be asked to enter their personal information, including social security number or passport number and credit card details.
The credit card details are transferred to guarantee the reservation only,
or subject to the cancellation policy, the card will be charged at the hotel reception department.
At the end of the reservation procedure, the orderer will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the execution of the reservation.
Entering false information is a criminal offense for which legal measures will be taken, including claims for damages for lose that may be caused to the hotel and/or the website and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf.
Conditions
Prices on the website are quoted in NIS and include VAT.
Where the prices are quoted in dollars, the payment will be calculated according to the representative exchange rate determined on the same day by the Bank of Israel with an addition of VAT.
At the time of billing, conversion fees may be charged for the use of foreign currency, therefore the amount shown is not final and may change accordingly.
The hotel may change the accommodation prices and conditions at any time.
The hotel may change the site regulations at any time without prior notice. The hotel will publish the new conditions on the website and their validity will be – starting the date of their publication.
The user declares that he will not have any claim and/or demand in this regard.
Check in time for guests at the hotel is starting from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Arrival and/or departure outside of the aforementioned hours is subject to the prior written approval of the hotel management and incurs an additional fee.
The Hotel is excepting reservations for adults over the age of 21 for stay. In exceptional cases (and subject to payment to be determined by the hotel), accommodation under the age of 21 will be approved.
The images on the website are for simulation only and there may be differences between their presentation on the screen and the actual appearance, in addition not all the images of the rooms are shown on the website and there may be differences between the different rooms of the same type.
The user undertakes in his name and in the name of all those staying with him to maintain the place and not to cause any damage intentionally and/or negligently, including to all the equipment in it.
The user confirms that in the event of any damage, the credit card he registered with will be charged by the hotel for the full cost of the damage.
Privacy
The user declares that he is aware that upon entering the reservation details he is included in the hotel’s databases.
The hotel will be entitled to use the user’s details for accommodation offers at the time of purchase on the website and during the stay at the hotel for the purpose of providing services and/or updates and answering inquiries, as well as use the details for the needs of updating about marketing information and promotions from time to time.
The details will be removed from the hotel’s database only if the user has expressly informed the hotel in writing that he does not wish to be included in the hotel’s databases.
The public areas of the hotel and its facilities are videographed by us with a closed-circuit camera system for the safety of guests and hotel employees, the data is kept for a period of up to 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Update and change of the privacy policy
The hotel has the option to change and update the privacy policy from time to time. If essential changes are made to the terms of the privacy policy that refer to the personal information about you stored in our database, a notice about this will be published on our website. By actually using and continuing to use our website, staying at our hotel and purchasing our service, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy, and to the changes that will be made to it from time to time.

Security and data retention
The information is stored using acceptable and suitable security measures to protect privacy, at the same time it is not possible to guarantee absolute immunity against any intrusion by an unauthorized party. We make sure that any transfer of information to a third party in the framework and for the purpose of business activity, will be done subject to procedures that ensure that those third parties use adequate security procedures.
Providing information to a third party
In some cases, information is transferred to a third party for the purpose of providing services, such as: registering a reservation, using external systems and suppliers that provide services to the hotel, etc.
We are careful about engagements in which privacy is maintained at a high level and transfer only the information necessary for the purpose of the requested action subject to an obligation to maintain confidentiality.
Cancellations
Cancellation or change in the reservation details of rooms received up to 72 hours before the arrival date at 12:00 (Israel time) will not be charged a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation or change after that and until 12:00 (Israel time) on the date of arrival, one night will be charged for each room booked. The charge will be made by the hotel using the credit card entered in the system.
In case of cancellation or change after 12:00 on the arrival date or in case of no-show without notice at all, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
During holidays, high seasons and special dates, the following cancellation policy will apply:
A cancellation received up to 7 days before the arrival date at 12:00, will not be charged a cancellation fee. If the order is cancelled later, the cost of the first 2 nights of the reservation will be charged.
A no-show without prior notice will result in a charge for the cost of the first 3 nights.
Cancellation policy for a non-refundable price reservation
The reservation cannot be cancelled.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged on the day the reservation is placed through a secure credit card payment link.
In case of no-show and/or cancellation request – no refund will be given.
If it is not possible to charge the guest’s credit card, the hotel will be entitled to cancel the reservation at any time.
Cancellation methods:
You can cancel a reservation placed on the website by sending a “cancellation notice”.
“Cancellation notice” – a notice that the orderer gave in any of the ways following and which includes the name of the orderer and his ID card number, and if the cancellation notice was given orally, also an additional identification detail that was agreed upon at the time of making the reservation.
You can give a cancellation notice in any of the following ways:

Change of the reservation details
Changes to the reservation cannot be made directly on the website. A customer who has placed a reservation and wishes to change it, will do so through

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on this website, including copyrights, distribution rights, trade secrets, trademarks and all intellectual property of any kind, both regarding the design and the website and regarding the contents appearing therein, are the exclusive property of the hotel.
Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use in any other way any information from the website unless the hotel has given consent to this in advance in writing.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any conflict and/or dispute related to the use of the website and/or staying at the hotel will be determined exclusively according to the laws of the State of Israel and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district, and not before any other court and/or according to any other law.
