We opened the hotel on the February 2024, during a very challenging time. Definitely, in all respects, this is not a time to open a hotel in Israel. But our approach is that life is stronger than everything! And for us it is one of the victories of light over darkness. We continue to exist and open places of entertainment and hospitality in the country that is so dear to us.

Our Story
As a deep-rooted Jerusalem family with love for the Land of Israel, we chose to start our hospitality journey in the first Hebrew city and establish the Jewel Hotel on the foundations of the Luski Hotel – an old family hotel that operated in the city for many years. Our heritage, which combines family values with business excellence, inspired us to create family hospitality while adhering to high standards.
The name of the hotel “Jewel”, ‘Adi’ in Hebrew, was created as a tribute to my mother Adina, the jewel of the family and a unique character. My mother was gifted with a rare talent to give every guest a welcoming and generous homely feeling. My mother never compromised on the level of hospitality! With these values in mind we approached planning the hotel and I hope and believe that you will be able to enjoy the generous and elegant legacy of the woman, my mother, after whom the hotel is named.
